Counseling & Community At-Risk Services (CARS)

We provide professional level counseling in Ponca City and maintain outreach offices to assist youth and families in communities outside of Ponca City. Outreach counselors call on local schools and see clients in their offices. We service Kay, Noble, Osage, and Pawnee Counties.

Our counselors have masters degree and/or extensive experience and are supervised by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). NOYS is licensed to offer both prevention and outpatient treatment.
