Northern Oklahoma Youth Services (NOYS) is a non-profit organization that exists to strengthen the families and youth of Northern Oklahoma. NOYS' comprehensive array of programs provides a vital service to our community by decreasing the occurrence of child abuse, child neglect, family violence, teen pregnancy, and juvenile delinquency.
All of the services provided at NOYS are free of charge to our clients. Local funding is used to match and enhance state grants/contracts that supply major funding for our agency.
NOYS has been in operation since 1972. Over this period of time we have operated an emergency youth shelter and dozens of preventative programs designed to support families and children by decreasing the occurance of child abuse and neglect, family violence, teen pregnancy, and juvenile delinquency.
NOYS serves youth and families in Kay, Noble, Osage, and Pawnee Counties.
